The «12 Architects. Offices» project by NAYADA will be presented in Italy at I Salone 2013

The Russian company NAYADA will once again participate in the largest international furniture industry and interior accessories exhibition, the Salone Internazionale del Mobile 2013, which will take place in Milan (Italy) on April 9–14. The theme of this year’s exhibition is «Innovations. Interiors of Tomorrow.»

Salone Del Mobile brings together the world’s leading manufacturers of interior products. This year, the exhibition will feature items produced by over 2,500 global brands. Over 290,000 visitors are expected, and to give them a good welcome, organizers and participants of the event are preparing exhibition pavilions, a business program (including lectures, master classes and workshops), a number of competitions, and an entertainment program.

NAYADA will exhibit at the SaloneUfficio — the section of the exhibition focusing on office spaces. NAYADA is the only Russian company in this segment.

The exhibition stand of NAYADA will present the first part of a large project already well known in Europe — «12 Architects. Offices», featuring five top-executive office designs by leading Russian architects. Project participants will be attending the exhibition and talk with visitors about their works.

«For the first time, this project was introduced to the international professional community at the Orgatek 2012 Exhibition in Germany, where it excited much interest on the part of our European colleagues. At that time, we showed the first industrial samples of the architects’ works. The exposition, prepared for the I Saloni 2013, is a presentation of ready products and the result of much concerted effort by architects, designers and planners. In the development of our furniture solutions, we used carbon and sucupira, which are relatively hard materials to work with. Another feature is the high-tech methodology of creating the ‘pie’, which is by itself a very rare thing in the furniture industry. That is why we are especially pleased that everything was done by Russian specialists,» says Dmitry Cherepkov, President of the NAYADA Group of Companies.

At the Milan exhibition, other solutions interesting for the global furniture market will also be shown, such as the Ostrova (Islands) workstations by Arseniy Leonovich, a prizewinner of ArchiChallenge 2012 Competition. Frameless furniture sets by SmartBalls and examples of the company’s main products, office partitions and doors will also be a part of the exposition.

At the I Saloni 2013 Exhibition, NAYADA will combine new ideas, high quality and precise work to present its bold solutions for offices under the «Made in Russia» brand.
