NAYADA project in Mineralnye Vody

The NAYADA Company continues to work on the construction of the multifunctional exhibition center Expo Minvody in Mineralnye Vody.

This project can be certainly called grand, both in terms of the total area of the mounted walls, and their special features. The installed NAYADA-Hufcor structure, with the height of 13 meters, is one of the highest in the world!

There is a hall with an area of 9,000 square meters in the building, which, when necessary, can be further divided into several rooms with smaller areas, depending on the intended event — that is the main objective of this project.


The height of the indoor transformable partition is 13 meters, which is almost equal to the height of a five-story building. The total length of the partitions is 340 meters, and the total length of the tracks is 650 meters. The installed structures have a higher degree of sound insulation — 49 dB. Each section weighs about one ton — the weight of partitions is 70 kg/m2.

Veneered acoustic panels will be used for finishing of sections.


The longest partition — 75 meters — is installed across the hall. Thanks to the NAYADA-Hufcor system, it is possible to create separate meeting rooms with capacity up to 780 seats.

The overhead cover of the hall is made in the form of 70-meter metal trusses, which have a deflection of up to one meter under the load of the partitions, communications, roofing, and rainfall. Nonetheless, the gripper system of the sections works perfectly even at such significant height difference of the opening.


There is an office part in the building. The sliding partitions system of NAYADA-Hufcor is also used to separate the negotiating areas. Veneer panels were used for finishing of constructions, having a height of 2.6 meters and a length of 47 meters.

To date, NAYADA has completed all the work on the installation of tracks, parking zones and on hanging partition sections in the main hall. Finishing and the final setting of the installed systems are to be performed in the future.
