Where is European office furniture design heading? NAYADA invites you to a master class being given by Luca Scacchetti

On May 28 at 5:00 p.m. (17:00), the NAYADA Company invites you to a master class being given by Luca Scacchetti on “European office furniture design: Italian character and identity”. This event will take place in the B2B-Lounge of the Office Next Moscow Forum at the Gostiny Dvor.

Anyone so wishing may take part in this master class at no charge, although to attend the Forum, pre-registration is required.

During the master class, Luca Scacchetti will talk about the symbolism and significance of the furniture world in space design.

“For the design of office furniture in Europe and Italy, it has always been characteristic to strictly adherence to the functional. At the same time, operational furniture and furniture for executives not only had to reflect the major changes in how the workflow was formed, but often played a representative, narrating, and symbolic role. Pieces of furniture practically acquire the ability to speak, talked about the effectiveness of the office, working in a team, collegiality and even about the role of management, authority, institutionalism, seriousness and creativity of the company,” says Luca Scacchetti.

After the master class, at 7:00 p.m. (19:00) at the NAYADA Company’s booth, Luca Scacchetti will speak about the launch of his new furniture line, the PIGRECO, for the “12 Architects - Offices Project”.

All guests of the Presentation will be treated to an incredible furniture-show and a special gift.

Reference, Luca Scacchetti is a famous Italian architect, industrial designer, author of many famous series and ideas in interior design. Since 1993, he has been lecturing on “Elements of Architecture” and “Urban Design” at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts in Milan. He is a member of numerous professional congresses and conferences in Italy, Europe, Asia and the United States, author of essays and articles on the transformation of the architectural language and relationship between modernity and tradition, the history of architecture and design methodology. Participant in the NAYADA Company’s Russian project “12 Architects - Offices”.
