The NAYADA Company took part in creating the new Oceania Shopping and Entertainment Center – a flagship project of the TPS Real Estate Development Company – by creating and installing all the shop-windows. The “Oceania” concept is built around the theme of a maritime adventure, immersing visitors in a special shopping atmosphere. The centripetal movement of visitors is directed towards a giant 10-meter cylindrical aquarium – the main “highlight” of the shopping center. Inside the aquarium is an elevator – taking visitors on a fascinating underwater journey. The marine topic and a “holiday” atmosphere are also supported by graphical interior designs and navigation, as well as the thematic family entertainment and educational center.

The 4.5-meter high walls made their own demands on partition structures – triplex 12-mm glass ribs were used to stiffen the structure. In accordance with the wishes of the customer for maximum visually lightweight construction, a special form of the ribs was only used in the entrance doors zone. This type of solution allowed avoiding the installation of ribs along the glazing line.

Among the tenants, there are actual fashion-brands such as Uniqlo, H&M, Zara, Kotton, and others.

“Immediately after its opening, the Oceania SEC became one of the leaders of the Moscow market – high traffic areas, quality pool of tenants, opportunities for leisure activities, services for visitors, and the bright interior design ensured the mall’s popularity among consumers,” aid Andrey Dmitryuk, President of TPS Real Estate JSC at a press conference during the official opening of the shopping center. “In the near future, 100% of stores will be occupied. The waiting list is already formed, and today, we are faced with a lack of space intop locations of the Oceania.
