Commercial Real Estate Awards 2008.

This year the list of prestigious Commercial Real Estate Awards has been supplemented by one more category — CRE Regional Awards. The most interesting projects of the North-West Region were marked during the award ceremony held on March 28th in Saint Petersburg. Literally in three weeks — on April 17 — the CRE Awards baton was passed to Moscow, and on June 14th it will be passed to Sochi, where the fate of the most interesting projects will be hanging in balance.

According to analysts, CRE Moscow Awards has managed to become one of the most significant annual events in the sphere of commercial real estate. The fifth CRE Moscow Awards ceremony is going to be held this year, and once again NAYADA company will be its invariable partner supporting the nomination «Business center of class A».

NAYADA will also appear as the sponsor of this nomination at the CRE Federal Awards, which will be held in Sochi. Right now it is difficult to say, which projects are going to receive the Golden Brick, the official award symbol, which symbolizes substantial contribution to erecting a building. However the competition will surely be quite intense.

Every year more and more business centers, trade and entertainment centers, hotels and other commercial real estate objects appear in Moscow. And all of them attract interest and deserve close attention.
