In August the leading Russian developer and maker of interior partitions NAYADA Company marked its 12th anniversary. This holiday was in line with another event – the opening of a new NAYADA affiliate in Krasnodar. This is the 18th representative office of the company.
Initially NAYADA activities covered only Russian market. However already in 2007 the company acquired a federal status and began its active development in other regions. «The effectiveness and expedience of the chosen strategy are proven by the fact that already by the 2002 the company opened 5 representative offices in Kazan, Saint-Petersburg, Almaty, Kiev and Perm. Today NAYADA offices are located in 18 cities of Russia as well as in CIS and EU,» the company marketing director Anna Kuznetsova pointed out. By the end of 2007 NAYADA is to open two more affiliates. The plans on 2008 include expanding its presence in 4 more regions.
The company production capacity includes production of doors and partitions accessories, powder coating and glass elaboration departments, as well as depot complex all located in Moscow and near Moscow region. The aligned supply chain allows NAYADA maintain unified standards of quality and servicing in all the regions. Thus, the time of delivery in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk or Anadyr will be the same as in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg. Vladimir Desyatov, the chief of the company regional development department points out: «Dealing with logistics we naturally take into account climatic and geographical properties of each region. For instance, autumn in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk is the time of storms, that is why the ports may be closed for 1-1/5 months, so the period of delivery can be consequently extended from 3 to 7 days or even more. But all those problems should not influence the terms of delivery, so the customer should be confident that he receives his order in time».
Perhaps, this very strategy of strict observance of all standards proves that not only in the capital but practically in any region of its presence NAYADA maintains its leadership and takes one of the leading positions on the Russian market of commercial real estate in interior partitions segment.
