NAYADA for Apartments of Sofiyskiy Residential Complex

NAYADA joined the project dedicated to designing public interior of apartments located at the Sofiyskiy Residential Complex. Under the project, the company designed entrance space, as well as all partitions and doors. The complex located on Sofiyskaya Embankment near the Kremlin became the winner of the Moscow Residential Project "Elite Class" category under the PROESTATE&TOBY Awards 2019. IONICA Architectural Bureau headed by Natalia Zelenova is the author of the project.

When you enter the complex, the first thing that you notice is NAYADA-Intero700 glass partitions installed at all entrances to the building and in the reception area. The metal frame and decorative elements of the partitions are painted using Ral 7022 asphalt colour. Glass partitions are finished with a special 3D film and decorative metal overlays resembling facet. The design of stained glass windows with lighting decorating public corridors and the SPA area is based on these partitions.

Stained glass windows based on NAYADA-Intero700 partitions were also in focus when designing the pool - the central element of the entire SPA complex. NAYADA decided to create partitions made of solid seamless glass with a height of 3,5 metres for this area.

NAYADA-Intero interior partitions and doors with translucent mirror glass lead to the SPA area shaping its interior.

NAYADA doors are designed in different ways: from completely transparent to the ones finished with painted glass and 3D veneer. They lead to public areas, specialist offices, changing rooms and toilets.

Partitions and doors made of NAYADA-Crystal tinted glass make up the entrances to the sauna and hammam baths.
